French Connection?
This actually reminds me a lot of this French blog 'the Take Away Shows' where they have bands perform acoustic sets in tiny spaces (elevators, bathrooms etc). There's an English version too, 'the Black Cab Sessions' where bands perform in the back of a cab as it drives around London (Langhorne Slim does Lord, and Elvis Perkins and the Felice Brothers have done it too) I would LOVE to see the Avetts do either, especially because I know they do stripped down versions so well, but at the same time I just can't imagine those boys doing something so subdued! I'm also not sure how Joe and Bob could possibly fit in there, particularly with their instruments...hm...
Family Fun
I love that I was just able to watch all the videos on this site with my 6 and 3 year old. They know how much we love the Avetts and listen to them with us all the time. Most music videos are so trashy I would never let them catch a glimpse. Thanks for the joy I can share with my hubby and KIDS!!!! My son likes it most when you guys scream;).
