Basically Seth said it wasn't hard to sing those songs because people in the crowd might be going through similar things. If it was just him alone in his room he couldn't sing about his relationships...

I asked the same question, and no they haven't answered it. Hopefully they will.

I'd definitely buy one.

The reason you probably only got one song during the encore is because you had a longer main set than most other shows. As far as " how 'bout a deep track for the people who actually appreciate you...
