I find it interesting that

I find it interesting that the person who started this thread has 5 posts total and they are all on this thread. I'm not really sure what that means, but it's interesting.

Also, I find it interesting how much of an ownership people feel they have over a band and how offended they are when things don't suit them.

One of the things I enjoy about TAB and the whole level of company they keep from management to friends is the fact that I genuinely like them and feel that they make thoughful choices about everything associated with what they do. They could have gone in a million different directions with recording, writing, touring, etc... They seem to be on a path of purpose and as a fan i don't have to be informed of that or even understand that, but I feel they do things with some sense of purpose, so if they are changing and evolving as they always have and are sure to continue to do I am happy to be taken along for the ride.

Trust them to keep surprising us and themselves and create an atmosphere for change and growth! Don't demand and shout out what songs you want from them at concerts, turning them in to a jukebox of their own songs. Show Up! Simply show up and be a part of what they are so unselfishly trying to share. When you make things easy and right and good, everybody wins. No, you might not hear "November Blue" everytime you want it, but the possibility of hearing the next song that people will want to hear over and over again is worth showing up for.

I can only imagine how difficult it is to write something that comes from a place of meaning for you, then share it with the world, and then hear people pick it apart. If it's not for you, it's not for you. There's nothing wrong with that, but I hope that for the people that it is right and special for, those people continue to support and nurture this very special group of people whom I believe are in earnest trying to do something that is very dear to them.
