First off, my expectations for this show were very high. The chapters that they released almost daily beforehand drove me wild with anticipation. I've seen a LOT of concerts, and I can't recall looking forward to one as much as this.
And I was not disappointed. They were amazing! Great energy and intensity. Definitely in my top 5 shows of all time.

I can understand why the guy beside me saw them 28 times. Go Team Avett! Ummm, can I be on your team?

First time at an Avett Concert. Their energy just blows the place apart. Great selection of tunes, getting everyone started with Laundry Room and then Paranoia in B flat. They also played a number of new songs which flowed. I don't know how they do it, switching instruments effortlessly during the songs- 2 encores.
More!! Come back to Toronto!!

What a great performance! It was nice to hear these guys in a (relatively) intimate venue. The band played a nice mix of old and new songs and the material from the new album sounded fantastic live. Seth and Scott were gracious in their interactions with the audience and the crowd really fed off their positive vibe.

Thanks for the great show guys, and please come back soon.

well, didn't think I'd make it on time for the show, been traveling a few weeks now but came up from South Carolina, got into Toronto at 9 on a lucky break, happened to make it to the door at 930 sign said sold out...was totally bummed and the door guy wouldn't even let me in to buy a CD!

Hope you guys play an awesome show tonight, guess I'll be waiting another week for the CD, come back to South Carolina! (wait a week though at least)

Cameras are allowed at the Horseshoe if the band allows them. But they advise nothing too big or professional.
The venue has a capacity of 490.

Coming from Kentucky for the show. In Toronto on business and excited to be able to actually catch a show. Anyone know anything about venue? Is it small? Are Cameras allowed? Friend of mine is traveling with me and he is big fan and hope to be also once I see them live!

Should they play the whole album since it comes out the day b4?? I think so

I couldn't be more thrilled for this... the last show at that venue was unforgettable. We're coming from Sarnia, if anyone needs a lift en route.. just let me know.
Folkster, I hope you find some willing wheels..
