Can't wait to be in Asheville this weekend and see our boys on Friday night. Wish I could do Thursday as well, but not possible THIS TIME. Feeling pretty lucky to have caught the shows in Raleigh and Charlottesville though so I will live (I guess). Is anybody gathering at any place Friday before and/or after the show? Just thought I'd check.

I have never been to their NYE show, ive only seen them twice. I am coming from CT for BOTH of these shows with my two good friends in our '76 VW van. CANNOT WAIT!!!!!

last year everyone just kind of ran in and tried to get down front and that was that and they played well past midnight and took an intermission around 11:30 but it was incredible and was the first time I'd seen them and is still better than the 5 times I've seen them since then haha

We have seen them several times but the last time was two years ago on New Years Eve in Charlotte. We found out we were having a baby three days later so we haven't had time to go to a show since then. We can't wait! We used to live in Asheville so we know the vibe will be unbelievable! Does anybody have any comments on last years NYE show? How does the general admission seating work out in such a big place? Is it an open floor with plenty of room? How late did they play last year?! I'm hoping for a long show-specially since this appears to be the last tour date on the calendar!

How many presale tickets were sold for NYE? Anybody know?

My computer had frozen twice today, I had to crap, and my boss was in my office.....BUT...I scored 2 tickets for NYE!!! yeeeehaaaw! now...please tell me I was in the first 30!!!

Yeah, Pre-sale sold out in 2 minutes. Not before I got my hands on two golden tickets though! Best concert ever. I love the Avett's, but I had plans on going to NYC for New Years. David Mayfield persuaded me after discovering his stuff, and C-Sky. This show is going to be double "O" - "C". Looking forward to bringing in the New Year with my favorite Brothers.

Was wondering if anyone wants to meet up.... Love Love meeting new people. I have two tickets so I'm not sure who's going with me yet since the hubby is deployed at the moment... i believe in the more the merrier for sure and want to enjoy every second of it all with fans like me! AND ITS NEW YEARS EVE PEOPLE....time to end this year and start the new year off right!!!!!! Lemme know !
