is Langhorne definitely on with the Avett's for the Wilkes-Barre, PA show? That would be a show for the ages. to anyone who reads this It's posted on Feburary 5, 2011 ........please I need to know?????

I cannot wait for this show! I was shocked to see that the Avetts will be in NEPA. Though I have to leave our beloved Charlotte, NC, I will get to see my family and friends up in NEPA (and get some OF pizza)

I had never heard of them. Went to see Les Claypool back in June.. I saw these boys and was absouetly floored at how awesomely amazing they are! I am a ridicliously die hard ffan now! You have been in my cd player nonstop since!

I am so excited to go to the show!!! I almost did not get tickets but ended up getting great seats!!! I am coming from 5 hours away so I am so excited. WOOOHOOO

Can't wait for this show. It will have been over a year since I first saw them live (Ithaca, NY - 2/26/10) by the time it gets here. This band has the most riveting and heartfelt music I have heard in a long time. They are surely something special. Since that show I have turned my wife and all of my closest friends on to them and now we are all going to this show. I know they will be even bigger fans at its conclusion. Also, its going to be a great Valentine's day (week) gift for my wife. Keep on keepin' on.

The Kirby Center show will mark the fifth time in two years that I will be seeing the Avett Brothers, and the four previous times are the best four concerts I have ever seen. They play with so much energy and feeling that I could watch them every night for the rest of my life and never get sick of them.

This show will be particularly enjoyable for me because I'll be sharing it with my siblings. Instead of spending money on each other for Christmas presents this year, we all bought tickets to the show. Best idea ever. This will be the second time my sister has seen them, and a first for both of my brothers. The concert is also the day after my brother's birthday, so it'll double as a great birthday present for him! I can't wait, and having them come this close to home (rather than driving a few hours to NYC, Philly and Ithaca, as I did the previous 4 times) makes it even better! In the meantime, I will continue to spread the word about this incredible band, as I've done for the past several years!

CANNOT WAIT to see them again.. I go to college in the area and this is going to be the highlight of my semester!

Making the 3 hour trip for my first show - I hope it doesn't snow!

I'm super stoked to see this show!! I'm driving a little over 4 hours to get there, but it'll be worth every minute! I was really happy to see that Langhorne Slim is opening for The Avett's too! It'll be a great show! =)

So I got three seats in my car if anyone would like a lift there and back. I'd rather avoid a lonely car ride and help a brotha out at the same time. I got the last ticket available. I live in west chester so if your close by drop me a line.

Even though I am a huge Avett fan, somehow I didn’t get tickets for this show before they sold out. I’m looking for 2 tickets in any location and any price (obviously the closer the better) for me and my girlfriend. I’m also willing to work out a way to pick up the tickets. I live in Philly but Wilkes-Barre is only a stones through away compared to the trek we took to NC last month to see the boys on New Years. Just leave a post if you have anything at all to help me out.

Such an amazing show! sucked hubby and I came from Rochester, NY so the weather made us late hopefully by only one song! all the songs were so well played and the people very nice.
