What a show! Langhorne Slim did a fantastic job opening the show, and the Avett Brothers were phenomenal. This was my first Avett concert, so I'm really excited for them to come back down! The only complaint I can think about was the drunk people I had the "privilege" to be seated next to during the show. But even they couldn't hamper my spirits or ruin the show! That's how powerful this band is!

The Avett Brothers were fantastic. It was my first Avett show and I can say that everyone was thoroughly enjoying themselves.

The show was amazing. Everyone stood and danced all the way back to the cheap seats where I was. But I have to know, who was the opening band? I didn't catch their name (cheap seats) and they were so awesome I want to go buy their album. Anyone?

Does anyone know when tickets will be available to purchase through the avett brothers website? I'm having trouble trying to do that. I was wondering if tickets just aren't available through the website, or just not up yet, because they aren't listed on ticketmaster either. Stub Hub has them, but they're way more expensive.

Wow... I wasn't expecting so many to people to be trying to buy tickets that it would actually overload Ruth Eckerd's servers. Kinda awesome, but infinitely frustrating. They also released Willie Nelson tickets and another show's tickets at the same exact time, though. Finally got through on the phones around 12:30, and I have my tickets (center and still only 20 rows deep), and there's not a bad seat in the venue. This will be my first time seeing them, and I can't wait!!!

I just want to say, i am pissed. I was on to buy tickets from 11:30 and when the icon came on finally, i click it and am told that the presale is sold out? But wait, stub hub has 32 presale tickets to sell ya!!!! that is just great, i have promising my son tickets and now i have the feeling that the best i can do is shell out $85 to see you guys at the minimum? i can tell you, i for one have had a horrible year financially and saved up $100 to hopefully take my son to see you guys should you come anywhere near here, and now, that wont even do... I guess the reason i am so pissed is cuz my son is dissapointed in me when i said we would get to see his favorite band and now i dont even know if i will be able to do that.... by the way, here is stub hubs listing for your shows

Tickets for general sale go on sale Friday Decemeber 17th at 12 noon. As so they told me at the Ruth.
Presale went too quick this time round.

I have been waiting to see you guys forever! I have had a horrible year and I just can't imagine 2011 being harsh to since I get to see you guys! I was praying that you would be headed to the Sunshine State...literally praying about it and then bam the next day you announced new dates for 2011. Can't wait to see you boys. Any chances of getting front row tickets since I missed out on the presale (yeah I was on at 12 and by 12:01 they were gone..lol)? Thanks for sharing your inspiration and love with all of us.
