There have been various opening acts on this tour. Anyone know who opens Friday in Houston?

Anyone need a ride to this show? I am driving across the country stopping in Houston for the show. I am staying in west Houston. I will be driving...sober...to and from the show from there. Just wondering if anyone will be in the area and wants a ride. I am just looking for cool kids who know the area.

I need to apologize, I was notified by phonemail that the concert was rescheduled. I just never heard the message. Thanks Avett Bros. for the message;)

Just spoke with the VW Box office and the new date is May 20th, so it looks like we'll have to wait and save money;) I appreciate all the posts that were made, I didn't get any notification that the date had changed. The radio station that I listen to 103.7 is usually very good at spreading the word about slipped days but glad we found out now instead of showing up and looking at each other like Oh, no:(

Oh, by the way LTRSMILES...I just tried calling the theater myself and they don't open untill noon, so wait untill then to call. I'm going to as well. Otherwise you will just get a machine that is saying the concert is still tomorrow.

I am wondering if it was postponed as well...I kind of hope it is, cuz I ran into a little snag with some expenses I wasn't aware I would have to pay off recently, which would have kept me from going to the concert on the 14th this month. If it is postponed until May 20th, and anyone knows for sure it is...PLEASE leave a comment for those of us that are unsure about it to put our minds at ease. I really hope it is at this point so that I will have no problem affording tickets.

I just went to print my ticket and the ticket printed out for May 20th at 8:00?? I was not expecting it to be changed, so I am wondering too... Is the show rescheduled? I don't want to miss the concert if it's still this Thursday. I'll be calling the Verizon Theater in the morning:( Was looking forward to the concert happening 4/14:( but I guess good things come to those who wait:)
