I am rather new to this but how do you go about getting a user name and pass word for the presale?

Are you on the email list? If so, there is a link that will take you to the special presale site.
The first time you get to it, ignore the login/password boxes and hit the register button and register your email.
Go back to the same site and this time, enter your login/password and hit login.
It will take you to the presale site--refresh, refresh, refresh til 10am. Smiling

Dunno. I had created a login well before the last presale. it should work now, I'd think. you should be able to login and get to the site after you create a login.

EDIT: -- Now the presale says its NOT sold out, and you can get better tickets than at the beginning of the presale

i have done the presales before and for some reason i can't get into this one. and i am no longer recieving my emails about anything. any suggestions. i can still log in to the the community. who knows?

I think they're using a new pre-sale system. I for one had to make a new account. As for the e-mails, all I can tell you is to either check you're not filtering, or else sign up for it again.
