It seems it's about time we paid you all a visit... This Spring we will be headed overseas!
Our journey will take us through Ireland, the UK, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Norway and Sweden in March... then off to Australia for a few shows in April.

Amsterdam
The Amsterdam show magically coincided with my ski group's visit to Amsterdam. It will be our last night in Europe on nearly a 2 week visit. I've talked at least four other group members into coming to the show. Should be a blast, especially since it will be in a small room.

I am a 52 year old mother of 3 grown up children who were rasied with all kinds of music playing at home. I often listen to the spectrum radio show on my sirius sattelite radio while I travel to and fro. The first time I heard the song, "I and Love and you" I was so moved by both the lyrics and the beautiful voice I heard singing this lovely song, that I had to find out more about this group of men who are known as "The Avett Brother's".
How can it be that I have not heard of you before? I have been a music lover all of my life and pride myself in the knowledge I have of so many bands and their repetoire of music, so how can it be that i have missed out on having the joy of listening to a band that in my opinion is everything I love in a band. The gift of your obvious musical talent and the sheer beauty of the raw emotion in your heartfelt lyrics has touched a chord in me and I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever taken the time to let anyone know that!
I wish you great success and I know that with this great selection of songs on your most recent CD, that there is a wonderful future ahead for you all.
Please consider Ontario, Canada will you? I would be there to see you in a heart beat, my adult kid's right there with me!!
