I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... I need that release from everyday stresses. I'm able to sit down at the end of the day, pick up my guitar (mandolin or banjo, too) and play along with The Avett Brothers. Their music is so relative and yet it takes time to truly figure out what each song is about. Their compassion and truthfulness is something we all long for and very few of us will ever find it.
