wow. what a show!! I've been seeing concerts regularly for well over 20 years and I have never felt energy like I did saturday night at the Ryman. The floor was shaking. People singing. That was such a beyond amazing experience. I brought my friend Heather, whom I turned on to tAB a few months ago. She very quickly LOVED them. She was beyond happy I asked her to come to the show. We drove from Cincinnati, OH. I IMMEDIATELY fell madly in love with this band from the moment I first saw them at a tiny Irish bar in Columbus, OH 4 years ago. Best new music I'd heard in a long time.
I saw most of the aforementioned costumes. Very cool. Probably my favorite was the guy dressed as Murray from "Flight of the Conchords". Outstanding creativity. The roller derby girls were great too...
