The Avett Guild is the official fan club of The Avett Brothers. There are two membership options: paid member and free community member.

A paid membership is $40 per year. As a paid member you receive:

  • First access to pre-sale tickets
  • Opportunity for early entry to headlining shows
  • Exclusive yearly 7” vinyl record of unreleased material
  • Avett Guild laminate + sticker
  • Member discount for all regularly priced items in The Avett Brothers online store

As a free community member, you receive:

  • Access to pre-sale tickets if not sold out to paid members
  • Periodic email newsletters with band news and updates

EARLY ENTRY

Paid Avett Guild members have the opportunity to enter the venue 15 minutes early at most headlining shows.This does not include festivals or shows where the band is the opening act. This is especially helpful for securing the best spots for General Admission ticket holders and for those who plan to buy event posters.

On the day of a show, there will be a post on the home page of the Guild website with info on where to check in and receive your wristbands. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the doors open to check in. Early entry check-in ends promptly at general door time.

Paid Guild members need to have their unique QR code pulled up and ready to scan. Your Avett Guild laminates are not required to check-in, but we love to see them!

Login to the Awesimo website and access your QR code here: https://earlyaccess.awesimo.io/login. All you need to do is pull your code up in your wallet to be scanned. Please turn up your phone brightness before it’s your turn to be scanned. Email [email protected] for assistance.

Yes, with a paid membership, you can get a total of 4 people in for early entry. The paid member must be present with their unique QR code upon check-in. No one else can check in for the paid member.

Yes, as a paid Guild member, you are allowed early entry when available regardless of how you purchased your ticket.

PRE-SALES/TICKETS

To access Guild pre-sales, you will go to the “tickets” page on the Guild website: https://www.theavettbrothers.com/presale. Once you log into your Guild account, you will find a link to the BubbleUp ticketing site where the pre-sale will take place. You will need a separate account on the ticketing site to make a purchase. Early the morning of each pre-sale, [email protected] sends an email to all Guild members with pre-sale info (check your spam if you don’t see it).

Pre-sale tickets become available to Free Community members the following day at the time listed in the pre-sale email, pending availability from the paid member sale.

No. Ticket availability is limited during pre-sales - sometimes VERY limited, depending on venue. We strive to make as many tickets available to Avett Guild members as possible, but the number of tickets we receive for fan club pre-sales is not up to us. As a paid member, you have the best opportunity for snagging those limited tickets.

Please note that tickets for fan club pre-sales rarely (if ever) sell out in minutes. If you are trying to access tickets during the pre-sale for a show that is listed as sold out, continue to refresh your page (unless stated otherwise). Tickets that have expired out of someone else’s shopping cart will be made available again.

Each order is limited to 4 tickets per show.

Yes, you can do so by emailing [email protected]. Transfer requests are accepted until two days before show date. Do not sell your tickets above face-value. If we catch a member scalping tickets, their membership will be immediately revoked.

First, check that [email protected] is added to your trusted contacts or address book. Sometimes these emails can be filtered out into your spam folder. If that doesn’t do the trick, email [email protected] and their support team will make sure you are on the mailing list.

MEMBERSHIP/ACCOUNT

To sign up and create an account, visit https://www.theavettbrothers.com/join.

Go to the Avett Guild group page and ask to join the group. You must answer the membership questions. If you do not answer the questions we can not verify your membership.

We highly recommend that members search the Facebook group for questions you may have before posting. You might find that your questions have already been discussed in a previous post. The group is often a great resource!

Please be patient as group membership approvals can become backed up when the band is on the road.

Visit https://www.theavettbrothers.com/account-edit to check when you joined the Guild and when your membership will expire. Memberships do not auto-renew. You will get an email before your membership expires. Note that sometimes the renewal email can get filtered into your spam folder.

Visit https://www.theavettbrothers.com/account-renewal. You will first be asked to login to your account. Follow the directions from there. Memberships do not auto-renew.

Log into your Avett Guild account at https://www.theavettbrothers.com/login. Go to the "Store" tab and your discount code will be listed there. Click "Shop Now" to be taken directly to the band’s online store.

When you're ready to check out, enter the code in the box labeled "discount code." Discounts will be reflected in the grand total. If you choose to make a purchase from the Guild mini-shop, your membership discount will be automatically applied.

MERCH

The exclusive Guild 7” vinyl ships once a year. You must sign up or renew by NOVEMBER 1 to receive that year's vinyl. All vinyl gets sent out the following year. If you miss the deadline, you will receive the next year’s vinyl.

Example 1: You sign up or renew on November 1, 2023 or earlier, you will receive the 2023 vinyl when it ships early 2024.

Example 2: You sign up or renew on November 2, 2023 or later, you will receive the 2024 vinyl when it ships in early 2025.

Send an email to [email protected] and we will take care of it. The lanyard + sticker set is sent separately from the vinyl and ships shortly after a member signs up or renews.

Please double check that you joined or renewed on or before the November 1st deadline and are eligible to receive this year’s vinyl. You will not receive it unless you joined or renewed in time. If you miss the deadline, you will receive the next year’s vinyl.

Before we ship out the vinyl, we will send an email to those eligible for the vinyl asking to confirm your mailing address. If needed, please make sure to update your address by the deadline stated in the email. Once they start to ship, it may take several weeks for you to receive yours, so patience is appreciated.
